Role Overview SodexoMagic is seeking an experienced and innovative Campus Executive Chef to lead and elevate all campus culinary operations at Morgan State University, also known as “The National Treasure” in Baltimore, Maryland. This leadership position oversees all culinary operations, including residential and retail dining, catering, and special events. The successful candidate will provide strategic culinary leadership while ensuring exceptional food quality, operational excellence, student satisfaction, and compliance with food safety standards. What You'll Do Lead all campus culinary operations, including residential dining, retail dining, catering, and special events. Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current dining trends, student preferences, and diverse cultural cuisines. Ensure consistent execution of recipes, presentation standards, and food quality across all dining locations. Oversee purchasing, inventory control, food cost management, production forecasting, and labor efficiency. Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth and succession planning. Provide hands-on coaching and leadership for retail, residential, and catering. Engage with students, faculty, and campus stakeholders to gather feedback and improve dining services.
