If necessary, assume the production lead position on smaller projects. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Team Coordination:</span><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-size: 10pt\"> Oversee a team of Coordinators, Production Assistants, and other support staff to ensure efficient operation of daily rounds, dailies, and meetings. Ensure information is communicated effectively across all departments and stakeholders. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Bid Day Budget Oversight:</span><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-size: 10pt\"> Management and tracking of bid day budgets.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Client and Internal Communication:</span><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-size: 10pt\"> Develop strong relationships with Directors, Producers, and Clients to become a trusted resource. Provide regular progress updates &amp; reports to both internal stakeholders and clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Resource Management: </span><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate with the crewing department to ensure all staffing issues are handled promptly. Manage artist &amp; operational support resources to meet production demands and support business development in pitching and bidding.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Training and Development: </span><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-size: 10pt\">Mentor and train junior staff members, ensuring they are equipped to meet their job requirements.
