Supporting our Attorneys, you will be responsible for working directly with our clients in a variety of industries, including technology, engineering, bioscience, and other emerging industries to help them seize exciting opportunities in today’s evolving economy. You will draft professional documents and help navigate US immigration related issues in an employment-based context. Under the direction of our HSI Attorneys, you'll help facilitate the completion of comprehensive, well-structured legal briefs for work visa matters including EB-1A and EB-1B Green Cards, EB-2 NIW Green Cards, and O-1 visas tailored to each client’s background and proposed endeavor.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">This position offers a level of flexibility to accommodate where the SCM is most needed to support the team. <em>Please note, all work must be performed within the United States.</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">What you will be doing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Reviewing client submitted information prior to potential client consultation meetings </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Participating in client consultation meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Setting up client cases in our firm case management system and updating other relevant internal databases</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Reviewing the client career summary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Preparing the client document list</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Reviewing any client documents submitted relevant to their case</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assignment of projects to other team members for client cases within your attorney team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Editing legal documents or immigration forms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Communicating directly with the client on status of case, documentation, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Providing feedback to other members of the High-Skilled Immigration on any documentation, process or case updates </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Skills and experience you will bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a writing-intensive or STEM field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Demonstrated high level of rhetorical (persuasive) writing and editing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Thorough attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Analytical mindset with a rigorous approach to evaluating arguments and evidence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Flexible and able to quickly adapt to rapid changes in the workplace</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Strong word processing and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with utilizing technology in your work</span></li>\n</ul>",
