This role supports new product introduction, cost estimating, process development, and continuous improvement across production operations.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Review engineering drawings and customer specifications</li><li>Develop <strong>cost estimates</strong> including materials, labor, tooling, and vendor pricing</li><li>Support <strong>New Product Introduction (NPI)</strong> from concept through first article inspection (FAI)</li><li>Create and improve <strong>methods of manufacture</strong> within ERP systems</li><li>Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot manufacturing issues</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams</li><li>Maintain and improve data within ERP systems</li><li>Support programming and operation of manufacturing equipment (e.g., cutting systems)</li><li>Promote safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field</li><li>Experience in <strong>composites manufacturing</strong> is a plus</li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost estimating, and production workflows</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with shop floor, vendors, and leadership</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Work Environment</strong></h3><ul><li>Combination of office and manufacturing floor setting</li><li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment</li></ul><br>INDH",
