The Enterprise Architect (EA) plays a key role in structuring the enterprise in terms of its governance structure, business processes, and business information. This person aligns strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding products and services; partners and suppliers; organization; capabilities; and key business and IT initiatives. The primary focus is the mission/business motivations, mission/business operations and mission/business analysis frameworks and related networks that link these aspects of the enterprise together. The EA works to develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques. The EA reports to the IZX Division Chief and Deputy Director and does require an on-site presence at WPAFB. Level 3 salary range : 98,280-182,520 Level 4 salary range : 116,771-216,861 Essential Job Responsibilities Architecture Development:  Design, document, and maintain architecture roadmaps, models, and representations that align with organizational goals and strategies. Cataloging and Documentation:  Ensure comprehensive cataloging and documentation of architecture initiatives, capabilities, workflows, and standard components to support business and technology operations. Compliance and Governance:  Coordinate and enforce adherence to architectural standards, policies, and guidelines across the organization to ensure consistency and alignment. Cross-functional Collaboration:  Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and develop architectural solutions that drive organizational efficiency and innovation. Communication and Training:  Communicate architectural strategies, initiatives, and frameworks effectively to key stakeholders and provide training or guidance as necessary. Framework Maintenance:  Continuously maintain and refine architecture models, frameworks, and representations to adapt to evolving business and technology landscapes.
