    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong><u>POSITION SUMMARY</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious <strong>General Operator</strong> – Copper Department to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work with copper materials to fabricate, prepare, and assemble components that are critical to our power distribution equipment.
