Be a part of the team that delivers excellence in national missile defense, human space flight, space launch, and combat rescue!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers.</li>\n <li>Monitors and manages system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency.</li>\n <li>Performs systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts.</li>\n <li>Other duties may include setting up administrator accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.</li>\n <li>Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.</li>\n <li>Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.</li>\n <li>Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.</li>\n <li>May be assigned responsibility for less experienced staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Experience/Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2-5 years' experience and a BA/BS degree or equivalent</li>\n <li>Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards, principles and theories.</li>\n <li>Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope/complexity.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Special Requirements/Security Clearance</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active DoD Secret Clearance</li>\n</ul>",
