Description

Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill a IT HelpDesk /Desktop Support Technician position. This is a full-time position based out of the Alviso Health Center Offices located at 1621 Gold Street Alviso, CA 95002. The IT Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician works onsite or at a remote Helpdesk answering calls and providing technical support to end users. The positions performs troubleshooting of Desktop PC hardware, operating systems and any other installed software to provide solutions and remediate the problem. Other duties include managing the administration of the helpdesk software, assist with the administration of licensing and inventory, and communicating and elevating issues to other IT staff. This recruitment will remain open until filled. Applications will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis. Apply now! Minimum Qualifications: The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Associate Degree in Information Systems or related field with minimum five (5) years’ of technical support and services, including installing operating systems, computer hardware, and software. Fluent in Spanish, preferred. *If selected, other documents and certifications may be required as part of the hiring and credentialing process* Compensation: Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.
