          "text": "<p>Manage employee and production line.&#xa0;Coordinate between management, maintenance, and employees to ensure efficient production.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Utilize motorized pallet jack and Big Joe to move material throughout departments.&#xa0;</li><li>Read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instruction.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company work and safety rules, policies, procedures, and work instructions.</li><li>Ensure the correct parts are used to assemble finished units, and correct counts are reported into computer system.</li><li>Lift and carry up to 50lbs.</li><li>Demonstrate manual dexterity - the ability to precisely assemble parts/assemblies on fast paced production line.</li><li>Comprehend and follow blueprints, work instructions, EHS, and job procedures, Job Safety Analysis, and applicable paperwork.</li><li>Communicate efficiently with team members.</li><li>Data entry into Shopvue, and other computer applications</li><li>Perform other duties as required.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
