This role involves the creative and efficient execution of scripted video content with The ideal candidate is excited to tackle challenges that may seem impossible and is ready to help lead our team toward viral success in an ever-evolving production environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work to create required visual assets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Utilize programs like Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, or Blockbench to design and develop assets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Follow production timelines to ensure both short- and long-term projects progress efficiently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver assets aligned with project goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain an organized and up-to-date asset library</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure visual consistency and quality control across all production assets, adhering to CatFace’s creative standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Substance Painter and Blockbench, or similar asset creation tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of Minecraft/Roblox aesthetics and experience creating stylized, game-related assets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with YouTube content trends, including Shorts, thumbnails, and visual storytelling techniques.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote or digital-first teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for gaming, digital media, and creative problem-solving.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be at least 18 years old</span></li>\n</ul>",
