          "text": "<p><strong>The Opportunity:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Project Manager</strong> with expertise in <strong>finance systems</strong> to lead the successful delivery of technology initiatives across <strong>Oracle Fusion</strong>, <strong>Workday</strong>, and other key finance applications (such as payroll, accounting, compliance, procurement, and reporting systems). This role will manage supporting initiatives to stabilize a large-scale finance transformation program, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Mattel’s strategic business objectives.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in <strong>enterprise finance platforms, payroll systems, and project management methodologies</strong>, combined with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</p><p><strong>What Your Impact Will Be:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and deliver large-scale <strong>finance system initiatives</strong>, focusing on <strong>Oracle Fusion</strong>, <strong>Workday</strong>, <strong>Dayforce Payroll</strong> and other finance applications.</li><li>Understand the large finance system transformation project to be able to lead supporting, deferred activities to further stabilize system.</li><li>Define project roadmaps, scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with Finance, HR, IT, and external partners.</li><li>Drive system integration and process improvements across finance operations (general ledger, payroll, AP/AR, procurement, compliance, reporting).</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities, bridging finance, payroll, HR, and IT functions.</li><li>Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, proactively resolving issues to maintain project success.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and regulatory requirements in finance and payroll systems.</li><li>Build strong partnerships with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure strategic outcomes.</li><li>Promote best practices in project management (Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid models) while fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Leverage reporting and analytics tools (e.g., JIRA dashboards) to track progress, risks, and financial metrics.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>12+ years of experience</strong> in project/program management, with at least <strong>5+ years managing finance systems projects</strong>.</li><li>Proven track record in <strong>Oracle Fusion</strong>, <strong>Workday (Payroll/Finance integrations)</strong>, and other enterprise finance applications.</li><li>Knowledge of Dayforce Payroll implementation and support is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>finance processes</strong> (GL, payroll, AP, AR, procurement, reporting, and compliance).</li><li>Experience in delivering transformation programs within Corporate Applications for large multinational organizations.</li><li>Excellent executive communication skills to present program objectives, risks, and decisions clearly.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts, manage stakeholders, and drive results in complex, high-pressure environments.</li><li>Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; certifications such as <strong>PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or SAFe</strong> are preferred.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>Experience managing <strong>multi-million-dollar budgets</strong> with successful track record of delivery within acceptable variance.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with <strong>finance-related SaaS/cloud applications</strong> beyond Oracle Fusion and Workday.</li><li>Strong understanding of compliance, audit, and financial control processes.</li><li>Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>reporting, analytics, and financial automation tools</strong>.</li></ul><p>*The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.&#xa0;Mattel offers competitive total pay programs, comprehensive benefits, and resources to help empower a culture where every employee can reach their full potential.&#xa0;</p>",
