    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>About The Role</strong></span></p><p>Coordinate the development and implementation of plant safety/health programs and plant environmental compliance programs in support of regulation guidelines, standards, and applicable regulations.<span>&nbsp; </span>Provide on-site guidance and assistance to plant staff in achieving superior safety/health and environmental performance.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"padding-left: 24px;\"><li><a name=\"_Hlk168647787\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Provide leadership and administration to the safety program by developing and driving execution of plans.</span></span></a></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Responsible for leadership and professional development of direct reports.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Develop and implement safety and health programs to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local safety &amp; health standards.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Review all safety programs annually for compliance with current OSHA regulations.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Manage environmental programs to assure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations including but not limited to air permitting, hazardous, non-hazardous wastes collection, disposal, and storm water management.&nbsp; Prepare and submit all required environmental reporting.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Manage incident investigations and return to work program.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Develop, implement, and track employee safety/health training and plant environmental training in support of written programs.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Perform periodic safety and environmental audits.&nbsp;Develop recommendations for improvement.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Develop, track, analyze, and communicate plant safety statistics and plant environmental reporting and statistics including but not limited to hazardous waste generator status, Title V air emissions, SARA 312 and 313 usage and reporting requirements, etc.</span></span></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Coordinate Trail King involvement with OSHA and regulatory inspections.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Requires approximately 20% travel between company locations to support operational needs and collaboration across facilities.</span></span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span>4-year degree or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing and managing safety/health and environmental programs.
