Description
Rogue Community Health is a fast-growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides primary care medical, dental, and behavioral health services to our community. We are seeking a qualified and driven Clinician Physician to join our team and help us grow. Both full time and part time openings.
Our ideal candidate will support our mission, goal achievement, and organizational quality in a team-based patient-centered medical home setting with a special emphasis on care for persons who experience barriers to accessing care due to income, language, cultural, and social barriers. Within the physician's scope of practice provide medical care and education focused on individual and family engagement and behavioral change, treatment compliance, and health risk factor reduction. Utilize professional skills in diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic health problems.
EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine .
EXPERIENCE: Completion of a residency program as an MD or DO, working with PAs and NPs, serving uninsured/underinsured and minority patients preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish language skills are highly desirable.

Opportunity for 4 or 5-day Work Week Mental Health Paid Time Off – Up To 10-Hours Per Quarter Generous PTO Accrual Annually Medical, Dental, Vision, and Partially Paid Family Coverage No Cost to Employee Life Insurance, AD&D, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability Holiday Pay (in addition to PTO) To be considered benefit-eligible, must work 20 hours per week or more. Rogue Rewards Benefits provides up to $750.00 (prorated by FTE and hire date) for the year 2025.

Oregon is an employment-at-will state and Rogue Community Health (RCH) has a 90-day probationary period for all newly hired team members.
