          "text": "<p><strong>Travel:&#xa0; 70% Travel, Supporting our Southern GA Market</strong></p><p>The&#xa0;Operations Consultant II&#xa0;is responsible for managing a cluster of our clinically integrated multi-specialty practices and be accountable for driving overall performance&#xa0;results.</p><p><strong>Primary Job Duties:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and own a portfolio independent physician practices</li><li>Drive growth and improvement to portfolio of physician practices</li><li>Draft and implement action plans to improve and grow physician practices’ overall revenue</li><li>Create transparency with practices about their financial performance (or lack thereof), in order to drive change</li><li>Track and manage metrics and goals related to finance, revenue cycle, productivity, clinical performance, and customer experience</li><li>Re-engineer the practice workflow to streamline patient throughput and efficiency</li><li>Mentor and coach practice administrators, in the management of their physician practice</li><li>Facilitate the transition of the physician practice from Fee-For-Service to the future Risk-based world of healthcare reimbursement</li><li>Roll out and communicate new Privia initiatives</li><li>Effective leader with a sharp eye for constructive criticism in the physician practice</li><li>Strategic thinker who assesses situations carefully and delivers scalable&#xa0;recommendations and results</li><li>Professional presenter of relevant health care topics</li><li>Become an expert in AthenaHealth’s Performance Management System and EHR</li><li>Provide top-notch customer service to physician practices to ensure issues are resolved and clients are satisfied</li><li>Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable accreditation, statutory and regulatory requirements</li><li>Provide oversight, coaching and mentoring to assigned performance associates</li></ul>",

Healthcare Masters or MBA highly&#xa0;preferred</li><li>5+ years of healthcare experience required, particularly working with physicians and&#xa0;medical group staff&#xa0;</li><li>Quantitatively and financially focused; must know how to read a balance sheet and explain financial data</li><li>Tech savvy</li><li>Functions independently and autonomous with Care Center relationships and seeks out ways to activate change against the status quo. Appropriately communicates up the ladder.</li><li>Project management experience juggling multiple projects and urgent deliverables while providing exceptional client service</li><li>Thorough understanding of Population Health Management and how it applies to risk-based contracts.</li><li>Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Privia Care Team resources and each apply to Population Health Management.</li><li>Must provide reliable transportation</li><li>Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations</li></ul><p><strong>Interpersonal Skills &amp; Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Able to have honest, difficult conversations with doctors about financial performance and areas of improvement</li><li>Extremely bright and analytical. Turns the unknown into knowledge in short order.</li><li>Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with providers, management, clients and staff, in order to get buy-in to decisions</li><li>Expresses ideas clearly and effectively, motivates the listener to action</li><li>Responds calmly and maturely in high pressure situations</li><li>Positive attitude toward company, work, clients, management, and team members</li><li>Uses a customer-focused approach in dealing with conflict and resolution of problems</li></ul><p><em>The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $115,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs).&#xa0;This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% &amp; restricted stock units.&#xa0;The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.</em></p>",
