      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Design and develop elegant solutions to specific interaction problems and ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms while adhering to industry best practices</li>\n<li>Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and use data to transform raw information into valuable insights to inform decision-making</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines to ensure our products and services cater to a diverse range of users</li>\n<li>Operate with an iterative design mindset and incorporate user feedback and insights to continuously improve the overall user experience of our offerings</li>\n<li>Assist in the analysis of market trends, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions and contribute to the team's strategic thinking</li>\n<li>Build and refine complex UI components with a strong understanding of component references; define and document component props, states, variants, and technical constraints to support scalable implementation.</li>\n<li>Define component and interface behavior beyond visual design, including responses to data changes, error states, edge cases, and user interactions; partner with engineering to ensure interaction logic is implementable and consistent.</li>\n<li>Use AI-assisted development tooling (e.g., VS Studio, Co-Pilot, Claude Code) to create live-code prototypes that serve as a source of truth for engineering (real-time data handling, UI state transitions, complex interaction patterns).</li>\n<li>Review production builds to validate alignment with intended UI architecture and interaction design; act as a quality gate for the functional craft of the product experience (behavior, responsiveness, component correctness, usability fidelity).</li>\n\n</ul></div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Experience: 3+ years in front-end development and 2+ years in Ui/UX design</li>\n<li>Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma</li>\n<li>Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS (including preprocessors like Sass/Less), and JavaScript</li>\n<li>AI Tools: Experience using AI-powered coding assistants and developer productivity tools (e.g., VS code, GitHub, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate design and development workflows</li>\n<li>Accessibility: Demonstrated experience in applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design to create user-friendly content</li>\n<li>User-centered Design: Experience with iterative design techniques, incorporating ser feedback and insights for continuous improvement</li>\n<li>Adaptability: Adaptive learner in new financial services products and offerings</li>\n\n</div>"
