The company also excels in many other types of reinforced plastics including interior sandwich panels for creating structures such as aircraft galleys and bulkheads, honeycomb core and related products.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>The Gill Corporation is seeking a Saw Operator who sets up and operates saw to cut panels and liners.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, they will perform, but not be limited to the following responsibilities.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Reviews GPS and production order prior to cutting and makes set up accordingly.</li>\n\t<li>Pre-inspects products for quality imperfections.</li>\n\t<li>Checks dimensions using measuring tape and micrometers.</li>\n\t<li>Trims product according to GPS &amp; production order.</li>\n\t<li>Counts and records product through-put by part number, and update ERP system with same.</li>\n\t<li>Sets material on the proper skids after cutting and transfers material to QC.</li>\n\t<li>Cleans up work area daily and &ldquo;Clean-As-You-Go&rdquo;.</li>\n\t<li>Must be able to operate both manual and computer-controlled panel saws and related bar code equipment as needed.</li>\n\t<li>Must be available to work any shift, over-time and weekends</li>\n\t<li>Other essential duties may be assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n",
