      "content": "\n<li><strong>Education: </strong>Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or other technical field (e.g. mechanical, electrical, systems, etc.)</li>\n<li><strong>Experience: </strong>5+ years of Systems Engineering experience working on development programs for large, complex, integrated systems – preferably from the fusion, aerospace, or space and defense industry</li>\n<li>Proficiency in executing at least two of the following SE activities:\n\n</li><li>Requirements Development; Architectural Design; Interface Management; V&amp;V; System Analysis; Risk Management; Configuration Management</li>\n\n\n<li>Experience with systems engineering tools (Jira, Confluence, Flow, Teamcenter)</li>\n<li>Great communication skills, ability to work effectively in teams, demonstrated execution and coordination skills</li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee of granted asylum.</span></li>\n"
