    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Us</span> <br>The<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sugar Zone Project</span>, owned by Vault Minerals, is located in Ontario, Canada, approximately 35 km north of White River, between Thunder Bay and Sault Ste Marie, and represents the company’s only asset outside Australia. It is an underground gold mining operation that utilises longhole open stoping, a method well suited to narrow, high-grade vein-style deposits. The operation is supported by an on-site processing plant with a flowsheet that includes crushing and ball milling, followed by gravity gold recovery and sulphide flotation to produce a gold concentrate. The plant has an installed processing capacity of approximately<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">0.32</span> million tonnes per annum, equivalent to around<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">900</span> tonnes per day. <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary</li>\n<li>Annual Incentive Bonus and LTIP </li>\n<li>Travel Program</li>\n<li>Pension</li>\n<li>Competitive Benefits</li>\n<li>Annual Clothing Allowance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Responsibilities, challenges and Role Accountabilities</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the LOM strategies and the mining sequence and ensure the Vault Minerals best geotechnical practices are upheld.</li>\n<li>Monitor the ground support standard compliance QA/QC</li>\n<li>Review, develop and implement Ground support standards.</li>\n<li>Review and update the mine Ground Control Management Plan, GCMP</li>\n<li>Ensure the QA/QC programs are conducted to comply with the GCMP.</li>\n<li>Review, interpret geotechnical data and advise the operations on better practices</li>\n<li>Assess geotechnical strategies for ground stability hazards to optimize safe ore recovery</li>\n<li>Design, analyze and recommend safe and economical stope mining sequence</li>\n<li>Update the geotechnical designs based on daily operational requirements</li>\n<li>Professionally, coach and train junior and intermediate mining engineering staff</li>\n<li>Evaluate ground support material requirements and inventory</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Education, Skills and </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience, qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in mining or Geological engineering with practical experience</li>\n<li>Master’s Degree in Rock Mechanics with experience is considered an asset</li>\n<li>Strong and Proficiency numerical modelling using Map3D and Rocscience software</li>\n<li>Experience in using Deswik.CAD</li>\n<li>Strong communication (written, listening, oral) and Presentation skills</li>\n<li>Experience using underground ground control instrumentations would be an asset</li>\n<li>Ability to work well in a team environment and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Ensure regulatory standards regarding safety and environmental requirements remain in compliance</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience working with others, good overall communication skills, both oral and written.</li>\n<li>Spearhead on Rock Mechanics continuous improvement projects for the mine</li>\n</ul>",
