    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Are you ready to take ownership of complex reconciliation processes in a fast-paced environment?</span></p>\n<p>The role requires high attentiveness and a desire to adapt quickly. Main responsibilities are the reconciliation of transactions between different back offices manually and with a Reconciliation tool developed by our IT team internally, managing balances and support for Junior colleagues.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">All you need is:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in the similar position 2+ years;</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and a structured approach to completion of your deliverables, high level of accuracy;</li>\n<li>Good analytical skills and readiness to learn fast;</li>\n<li>Team player with well-developed communication skills both verbal and written;</li>\n<li>Able to work to a deadline, flex with any plan changes, and flag any potential conflicting priorities;</li>\n<li>Motivation to find end-to-end solutions and work cross-functionally and with remote teams;</li>\n<li>Ready to work with large volumes of information for reconciliation purposes in Excel and using a reconciliation tool;</li>\n<li>At least upper intermediate level of English and excellent communication skills at all levels;</li>\n<li>Excel practical skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Reference Functions).<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What would be an advantage:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Power Query;</li>\n<li>Experience in supervising a team;</li>\n<li>Understanding of bookkeeping.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your daily adventures will look like:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Reconcile payment gateway processing transactions across multiple bank accounts and payment system providers using a Reconciliation Tool and Excel;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify and prepare summaries of outstanding items to be queried as per the standard operating procedures;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Liaise with FinOps colleagues, and internal teams (Customer support, IT) in addition to contacting Correspondents to investigate and resolve reconciling items;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Produce and review internal or external reporting - routine or ad-hoc;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Attend and actively participate in review meetings, giving accurate status updates on your deliverables and raising any queries or issues;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Flag if any improvements could make the process or reporting more efficient or improve the Reconciliation Tool;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review and monitor balances, timely communicate probable issues with payments and be able to evaluate risks, suggest decisions and actions to prevent them;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide supervision and support for younger colleagues.</span><br></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">So, why Gamingtec?</span><br>If you are a person with passion, ideas, and a thirst to advance your career, you will love our corporate culture.
