This person will need high energy, travel experience and the ability to work with top enterprise clients.  You will quote and book accurate domestic & international air, car and hotel reservations</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Service inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual call center environment.</li>\n <li>Delivery extraordinary customer service to all Altour clients.\n  <ul>\n   <li>Greet all clients with enthusiasm.</li>\n   <li>Provide consultative service to travelers and travel arrangers throughout the booking process.</li>\n   <li>Complete all reservations in an accurate and timely manner.</li>\n   <li>Follow applicable guidelines around Federal and State travel requirements, including the Fly America Act.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Secure the lowest air/car/hotel rates available at time of booking.\n  <ul>\n   <li>Utilization of client and Altour negotiated programs when applicable.</li>\n   <li>Utilize GDS low fare search capabilities.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Maintain goal expectations in the following areas:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Productivity – measured by transactions per day.</li>\n   <li>Quality – minimal customer service issues.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Customer experience – measured through call monitoring performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must pass GDS assessment</li>\n <li>Typing speed of at least 45 WPM</li>\n <li>5 years’ travel selling experience</li>\n <li>5+ years’ customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry\n  <ul>\n   <li>Exceptional/above & beyond, proactive customer service approach</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Excellent travel industry knowledge</li>\n <li>Mastery in Sabre GDS\n  <ul>\n   <li>GDS formats, short cuts, enhancements, pricing.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Corporate travel experience required</li>\n <li>Experience in international travel bookings and process</li>\n <li>Experienced handling of multiple accounts</li>\n <li>Exceptional communication skills both written and oral</li>\n <li>Embrace change, adaptable, viewed as a leader</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Leadership Abilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Has strong understanding of own skill set and development opportunities\n  <ul>\n   <li>Takes direction, offers suggestions, and asks for appropriate guidance when applicable</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Demonstrates exceptional teamwork\n  <ul>\n   <li>Proactively offers support when ability matches need</li>\n   <li>Acts as a leader among peers</li>\n   <li>Thanks peers for support they have provided</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Consistently demonstrates master of the guiding principles in daily work habits</li>\n <li>Ability to provide constructive feedback to peers and leaders when appropriate</li>\n <li>Ability to handle most difficult situations\n  <ul>\n   <li>May seek minimal guidance, but generally has solution at hand</li>\n   <li>Able to support peers in decision making</li>\n   <li>Knows when to escalate to a leader</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Strong understanding of key Altour initiatives and employs strong change management skills consistently</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PAY AND BENEFITS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our benefit offerings include choice of two medical plans and two dental plans, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), company-paid life insurance and AD&D, optional additional life insurance and AD&D, disability insurance, paid parental leave, paid time off, 401k Plan with company match, discounted employee travel options, access to LinkedIn Learning webinars and courses.
