From recruiting and training to coaching and empowering leaders, you’ll create a pipeline of volunteers who take ownership and serve with excellence.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll also oversee all aspects of production for <strong>weekend services and special events</strong>, ensuring every detail—from audio to lighting to video—supports worship, removes distractions and follows Central Arts &amp; Worship strategy. Your goal? Consistency, clarity, and excellence every time.</p><p><br></p><p>Behind the scenes, you’ll manage <strong>production systems</strong> so they’re reliable, ready, and continually evolving.
