The ideal candidate blends deep Property &amp; Casualty billing domain knowledge with a strong understanding of modern insurance billing platforms, helping clients realize business value while staying as close as possible to out‑of‑the‑box product capabilities.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for P&amp;C billing processes, rules, products, and integrations.</li>\n <li>Review client documentation and current‑state processes, clearly identifying impacts, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.</li>\n <li>Configure the billing system to fit client requirements and recommend solutions that maximize use of standard product capabilities while minimizing customization.</li>\n <li>Perform gap analysis for new requirements, support scope definition/estimation, and clarify questions for global delivery and product teams.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with product, configuration, technical, and client stakeholders to design and validate the end‑to‑end billing solution, including batch jobs, outputs, and interfaces.</li>\n <li>Maintain requirements traceability from business needs through design, configuration, and testing, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Define and/or review test scenarios, test cases, and test plans; support SIT/UAT, defect triage, and regression testing to confirm business needs are met.</li>\n <li>Act as a functional SME and Product Owner, providing backlog input, accepting stories, and delivering training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.</li>\n <li>Support cutover, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities for the billing workstream as needed.</li>\n <li>Collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams and client stakeholders across time zones, adjusting work hours as needed to support workshops, clarifications, and project ceremonies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ years of experience in a strategic Business Analyst role on large‑scale IT projects, with at least 4+ years focused on P&amp;C Billing and insurance billing systems.</li>\n <li>Strong Property &amp; Casualty insurance domain knowledge, including billing, payments, fees, refunds, dunning/collections, and related regulations across states/jurisdictions.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document requirements (user stories, use cases, process flows, functional specs) and translate them into practical solution designs.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with both business and technical audiences.</li>\n <li>Hands‑on experience working in Agile / SAFe environments, including backlog management, estimation, and collaboration with distributed/global teams.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on quality, traceability, and on‑time delivery.</li>\n <li>Experience with Majesco Billing or other enterprise insurance billing platforms is a strong plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Overall 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 4+ years focused on P&amp;C Billing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>As a member of a rapidly growing and dynamic organization, the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
