The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise in building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure while ensuring reliable facility performance. In addition to engineering and maintenance oversight, this leader will manage custodial services operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing environment. The Facilities Engineering Operations Manager will lead vendor relationships, support operational excellence initiatives, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
