The PTA supports clients in physical and mental health recovery, working 1:1 with individuals to provide rehabilitation and personal training that is fully customized to the clients needs, following Ascent Wellness Program principles to provide accessible and inclusive wellness services. Interventions may include: manual therapy, basic fitness education, exploration of natural &amp; pain-free movement, exercises for overall physical mobility and joint health, movement for self-regulation, workout &amp; home practice planning, stretching/self-massage, muscular endurance and strength-training, cardiovascular activity, outdoor activity, and tours of local fitness spaces (e.g., recreation centers, gyms, dance studios, etc.). Services are delivered on-site, in-home or in community locations, outdoors, and/or via telehealth, according to client needs.
