We provide long-term solutions that add value to their business and facilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently seeking <strong>Low Voltage Electrical Foreman</strong> who test at all levels with experience to work on installations, alterations, additions, and/or repair of structured cabling systems in low voltage, associated materials, and equipment on any type of project.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Install and route low voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6) through trays, conduits, and pathways</li>\n <li>Terminate and dress cables at workstations, patch panels, and IDF/MDF rooms</li>\n <li>Test and troubleshoot cabling systems using appropriate tools (Fluke or similar)</li>\n <li>Read basic prints, schematics, and network diagrams</li>\n <li>Perform proper labeling and follow industry standards (TIA/EIA, 568A/B)</li>\n <li>Install and terminate data jacks, patch panels, and RJ45 connectors</li>\n <li>Support network connectivity by patching and verifying circuits</li>\n <li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas</li>\n <li>Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodation</li>\n <li>Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time during scheduled shifts</li>\n <li>Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and climbing as required by job duties</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with structured cabling systems (data/voice)</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Cat5e/Cat6 installation and termination</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of cable ratings and industry standards</li>\n <li>Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work on a team</li>\n <li>Certifications (BICSI or similar) are a plus</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent</li>\n <li>Dependable vehicle for transportation to and from work</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License</li>\n <li>Must be licensed to work in TX</li>\n <li>Licensed Electrician or desire to become a licensed electrician, a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>How we support you: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our environment allows you to take pride in your work, create meaningful connections, and acquire growth-based development skills.
