          "text": "<ul><li>Troubleshoot, install, and repair all aspects of Automatic, Robotic, and CNC machinery.&#xa0;</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair Automated Paint Lines, Setting Presses, Automated Welders, CNC Grinders, Robots, and other complex machinery.&#xa0;</li><li>Duties may include:&#xa0; supporting all aspects of equipment and machinery; including PLC programming and program modifications, programming of HMI’s and servo controllers.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Jog, and reset Fanuc and Denso Robots.</li><li>Teach / Touch up Robot positions to correct material handling paths.</li><li>Plan and install primary and secondary controls, diagnose electrical/electronic problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective control modules, test units for proper function, and make final adjustments.&#xa0;</li><li>Prepare wiring diagram to record changes.&#xa0;</li><li>Make mechanical repairs as necessary. Some work and repairs require mechanical repairs, and all techs do this no matter of pay grade.</li><li>Support the daily continuous improvement activities.</li><li>Enter all work completed / in progress into SAP work order system.</li><li>Any Other duties as deemed necessary to support production.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Minimum of four years experience in a similar manufacturing environment working with Control Systems, PLC's, CNC Controls, Robots, PC's and HMI's.</li><li>Working knowledge of prints, schematics, and equipment documentation for installation, modification and repair of production equipment.</li><li>Working knowledge of machine communications including understanding of communication cables and LAN components.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Full competency in working safely in electrical control panels of various voltage levels.</li><li>Qualified to work in electrical panels of 3-phase 480 volts and lower using all proper safety procedures and PPE.&#xa0; <u>This will be verified by a practical demonstration before you can work in any panel.</u></li><li>Good computer, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.&#xa0;</li><li>Mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Communication, Teamwork, and strong customer service skills.</li><li>Prior Robot Schools is a strong plus. (certificate required to operate and teach robots.)</li></ul>",
