The ideal candidate is experienced in manufacturing environments, particularly with specialty slitting and spooling converting processes, and is adaptable to both independent and team-based work. This position requires up to 30-50% travel to our manufacturing locations.</p><p><strong>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: &nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Analyse and improve existing workflows and processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity in our manufacturing operations.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Manage CI projects from inception to completion, including scoping, budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Collaborate with site engineering teams on machine upgrades, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to production.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Proven expertise in slitting and spooling converting processes, including setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.</p><p>5.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process mapping tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen).</p><p>6.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience in project management, with proficiency in tools like MS Project, Asana, or similar.</p><p>7.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50% of the time) to support multi-site operations.</p><p>8.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
