    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Title</span>: Inventory Associate</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports to:</span> Inventory Manager</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">FT/PT :</span> Full-time, Hourly</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location </span>: Middleton, WI (on-site)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary:</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to join our medical device manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing process by accurately managing inventory, organizing stock, and facilitating the movement of materials required for medical device production. The Inventory Assistant will collaborate closely with various departments to maintain accurate records, monitor stock levels, and contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials, components, and</li>\n<li>Update and maintain accurate inventory records using NetSuite ERP software.</li>\n<li>Perform regular physical stock checks and audits to ensure inventory</li>\n<li>Prepare and organize materials for production, ensuring accurate picking and timely delivery to manufacturing</li>\n<li>Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or storage, following established</li>\n<li>Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as required for material Training provided.</li>\n<li>Complete all necessary documentation related to incoming and outgoing materials accurately and</li>\n<li>Assist in maintaining a clean and organized stores area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).</li>\n<li>Collaborate with purchasing, production, and quality control teams to ensure timely availability of materials and efficient production flow.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Relevant Knowledge and Skill requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in basic computer applications, Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of NetSuite or other similar ERP software is an advantage, will train.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and</li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal</li>\n<li>Forklift operation certification is a plus, but not necessary, will provide training.</li>\n<li>High school diploma or Further education or relevant certifications in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 70</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to chemicals and varying</li>\n<li>Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended</li>\n<li>Required safety footwear must be worn in warehouse.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Leo Cancer Care </span></p>\n<p>Leo Cancer Care is helping make changes in Radiation Therapy by shifting to upright patient positioning, imaging and treatment.
