In this role, you will be a key player in the day-to-day management of our parking operations, ensuring we meet contractual guidelines while delivering a professional image and top-tier service to our clients and customers.</p>\n<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Operational Oversight:</strong> Assist in managing daily activities at assigned locations, ensuring all operations adhere to company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Client & Customer Relations:</strong> Foster positive relationships with clients and participate in programs designed to improve customer satisfaction.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Facility Maintenance:</strong> Support the upkeep of the garage by assisting with equipment repairs and general maintenance tasks (cleanup of debris, oil spills, etc.) as directed.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Safety & Reporting:</strong> Maintain a safe environment by reporting accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager immediately.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Versatility:</strong> Be ready to step in and substitute for any position when necessary to ensure smooth operations.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Local Expertise:</strong> Maintain thorough knowledge of the facility layout, as well as major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the surrounding area to assist customers effectively.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent (GED). At least one year of related experience or training is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p></li>\n <li> Must have previous experience in customer service and in Valet Parking.</li>\n <li><p><strong>Communication Skills:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p><strong>Oral:</strong> Ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and provide clarification when needed.</p></li>\n   <li><p><strong>Written:</strong> Ability to write clearly and informatively, as well as read and interpret written instructions or reports.</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p><strong>Adaptability & Judgment:</strong> Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage delays or unexpected events effectively, and exercise sound, accurate judgment.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>License Requirement:</strong> Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Physical Demands & Work Environment:</h3>\n<p>To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, the following physical abilities are required (reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities):</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Mobility:</strong> Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
