    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Yard Lead oversees all day‑today activities within the trench Safety yard and shop, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate‑ handling, inspection, organization, and documentation of equipment. This role provides functional oversight of yard and shop operations including workflow coordination, equipment readiness, and operational accuracy.
