Reporting to the Managing Director, Digital Solutions, this role&nbsp;facilitates&nbsp;key deliverables relating to user acceptance testing, go to market planning, and ongoing platform support.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Build and execute the UAT and Production Validation plan for&nbsp;AdviceWorks&nbsp;Releases, working with QA, IT and business SMEs and other stakeholders. Coordinate User Acceptance tester training and actively manage UAT testing through completion.&nbsp;</li><li>Embrace and expand the team's AI-first working model,&nbsp;utilizing&nbsp;AI tools to accelerate documentation, surface insights, and continuously improve support workflows as&nbsp;the technology&nbsp;evolves.&nbsp;</li><li>Own the monthly enhancements review process end-to-end — curating and&nbsp;validating&nbsp;incoming enhancement requests in&nbsp;Airtable, surfacing trends and patterns in submission data, and presenting findings with topic breakdowns and counts to leadership and stakeholders.…&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate&nbsp;defect&nbsp;and bug prioritization and resolution through the production launch and warranty period.&nbsp;</li><li>Address planned and unplanned production issues, coordination, maintenance, communication, and business support.&nbsp;</li><li>Liaison with teams across the organization to track and&nbsp;assist&nbsp;in prioritization efforts.&nbsp;</li><li>Support configurations and testing business processes in admissions software.&nbsp;</li><li>Administer user accounts for all platforms, including creating new accounts, setting prescribed user permission, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Fulfill reporting requirements across multiple teams in the organization.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What you need to have (basic qualifications):</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>3+ years of user acceptance testing experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Financial Services experience required and other vertical industries a nice to have.&nbsp;</li><li>Experienced leader and/or influencer of people and distributed teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with Jira for defect tracking, sprint visibility, and bug report documentation — including creating well-structured tickets that cross-functional teams can act on.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to be a thought leader and influencer relating to the execution of a digital product/solution.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to obtain, analyze, and&nbsp;report on&nbsp;data trends relating to user statistics, call volume/call drivers, user&nbsp;feedback.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to engage, collaborate, and engender trust with other teams (including IT teams, SME, and leadership).&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other miscellaneous tasks as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Support a fast-paced environment with multiple, simultaneous projects amidst changing priorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Really catch our eye with (preferred qualifications):</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Customer-centric approach to everything you do.&nbsp;</li><li>A style of working that combines a bias for action with a problem-solving mindset, a can-do attitude, the ability to adapt quickly, and a collaborative, team-based approach to success.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong set of personal traits and values that complement Cetera’s core values of trust, transparency, and people first.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to excel under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering on-time and with quality.&nbsp;</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills,&nbsp;facilitating&nbsp;discussions across teams and/or groups of financial professionals, etc.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The salary range for this role is $76,000 - $90,000, plus&nbsp;competitive&nbsp;performance-based bonus.
