This role supports safety, quality, and operational goals by ensuring equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.<br>This position is designated as Safety Sensitive. $26 HR<br>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<br>Safety<br>&#8226;<br>Follow and support Safety Management System.<br>&#8226;<br>Comply with all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.<br>&#8226;<br>Report unsafe acts or conditions immediately.<br>&#8226;<br>Prevent environmental hazards such as leaks, spills, or drips.<br>&#8226;<br>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.<br>&#8226;<br>Clean up work areas after completing tasks.<br>Quality<br>&#8226;<br>Support Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949, if applicable).<br>&#8226;<br>Follow all documented maintenance procedures.<br>&#8226;<br>Recommend procedural improvements through preventive action programs.<br>&#8226;<br>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.<br>Operations<br>&#8226;<br>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.<br>&#8226;<br>Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during production.<br>&#8226;<br>Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.<br>&#8226;<br>Repair or replace defective components and test system functionality.<br>&#8226;<br>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.<br>&#8226;<br>Detect and report faulty operations or unusual conditions.<br>&#8226;<br>Perform general facility maintenance (light plumbing, painting, minor repairs).<br>&#8226;<br>Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary.<br>&#8226;<br>Maintain detailed repair and preventive maintenance records.<br>&#8226;<br>Maintain dependable attendance and professional communication.<br>Additional Responsibilities<br>&#8226;<br>Perform other related duties as assigned.<br>Supervisory Responsibilities<br>&#8226;<br>None<br>Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<br>&#8226;<br>Ability to read, write, and understand English.<br>&#8226;<br>Proficient in reading digital and manual measurements.<br>&#8226;<br>Working knowledge of hand tools and manufacturing equipment.<br>&#8226;<br>Ability to disassemble and repair machinery and equipment.<br>&#8226;<br>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.<br>&#8226;<br>Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.<br>&#8226;<br>Cutting and welding skills required.<br>&#8226;<br>Basic electrical repair skills required.<br>&#8226;<br>Basic computer skills preferred.<br>&#8226;<br>Working knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, industrial hydraulics, and plant maintenance systems preferred.<br>Education &amp; Experience<br>&#8226;<br>High School Diploma or GED required.<br>&#8226;<br>Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.<br>&#8226;<br>Formal mechanical training or certification preferred.<br>&#8226;<br>Welding certification preferred.<br>Physical Requirements &amp; Working Conditions<br>&#8226;<br>Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crawl, and climb throughout the shift.<br>&#8226;<br>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.<br>&#8226;<br>Ability to work in extreme hot or cold environments.<br>&#8226;<br>Ability to work in confined spaces.<br>&#8226;<br>Must be able to hear changes in equipment sounds (pitch changes in pumps and motors).<br>&#8226;<br>Requires close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision.<br>&#8226;<br>Must be willing to work overtime and mandatory call-ins as needed.",
