Follow-through and internal customer satisfaction are key success factor.   Qualifications: The Service Desk Technician has one year in a service desk environment. A+ certification is beneficial. Strong familiarity with MS Office 2010 - 2016 and Windows 7 - 10 required. May be required to travel to other facilities to provide staff augmentation or support. May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Skills: Knowledge of computer systems administration and/or programming theory, principles and practices Knowledge of computer networks, network administration and network installation MS Office Customer support focus Ability to be decisive, goals-oriented, and capable of independent decision-making Excellent written, verbal and consultative communication skills with the ability to successfully Interpret and communicate business needs between internal and external groups in a clear, focused and concise manner All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
