The Carpenter helps keep the jobsite clean and orderly according to CCI standards and is responsible for assisting construction staff on site. The hourly range is $25-$35 DOE. We offer two options for health care insurance and pay 100% of the employee’s monthly premium for either option. Health care insurance is available for spouses and dependent(s); however, the employee is responsible for 50% of the premium for his/her spouse and dependent(s). Additional supplemental insurance benefits including Hospital Indemnity, Accident, Critical Illness, Life and AD&amp;D Insurance may be purchased through CCI’s policy with The Hartford at your own expense.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">401K: </span>CCI has a 401K program to assist employees in saving for retirement. Employees are eligible to designate how much they would like to contribute to their 401K account starting their first day of work. CCI offers a 401k match program, matching up to 4% of the employee's annual pay.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cell Stipend: </span>You are eligible to receive a $500/year cell phone stipend, paid quarterly at the end of each quarter.
