    "requisitionDescription": "<div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.47.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.47.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.43.15/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.43.15/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><ul><li><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Job Summary:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>The Security Officer is responsible for properly executing security duties on an assigned shift, to adequately protect the life and property of customers, employees and Saracen Casino Resort property while maintaining exceptional customer service. &nbsp;All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Saracen Casino Resort&rsquo;s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</u></strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Responsible for checking all identification of authorized personnel entering Saracen Casino Resort &nbsp;Construction site</li><li>Shall ensure the safety of customers and employees while on the premises of the Saracen Casino Resort.</li><li>Position is on-site full time.</li><li>The Physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. &nbsp;Ability to deal with problems in a professional manner.</li><li>Generate daily/weekly reports as assigned by Supervisor or Site Liaison.</li><li>Assist patrons and employees and respond to critical situations (Medical emergencies, irate patrons, etc).</li><li>Continual observation and patrolling, as directed, of the casino premises, corridors, bar area, office area and parking lot of the Saracen Casino Resort.</li><li>Shall be able to successfully complete CPR/First Aid Training Course; and any other training required by management.</li><li>Shall report to the Security Supervisor any violations, acts, or situations which are detrimental to the best interest of the Saracen Casino Resort.</li><li>Shall assist in any internal or external investigations conducted by the Saracen Casino Resort, Arkansas Gaming Department, or authorized local authorities.</li><li>Shall maintain the strictest of confidentiality with respect to the internal functions of the Security Department as well as any other information deemed to be confidential.</li><li>Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.</li><li>Any other duties that may be assigned.</li><li>Meets attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.</li><li>Attend all necessary training meetings.</li><li>Assist in other projects as directed.</li><li>Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. &nbsp;Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications/Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment.</li><li>High school diploma or its equivalent required.</li><li>Applicants with Gaming, Military, Law Enforcement, Police or Security &nbsp; backgrounds will be looked upon favorably.</li><li>Must have good observation skills.</li><li>Prior customer service experience preferred.</li><li>Must be able to work in an intense and construction environment.</li><li>Applicants must be able to substantiate a safe driving record within the parameters acceptable to our liability insurance carrier. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, &nbsp; employees and customers.</li><li>Must have ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and &nbsp; employees.</li><li>Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li><li>Must present a well-groomed and professional appearance.</li><li>Must possess excellent communication skills.</li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
