    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"> General Labor, Production<br>1st shift&nbsp;<br><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><strong>Location: Chicago Heights</strong></p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Complete, legible and accurate documentation</li><li>Must understand and follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP&rsquo;s)</li><li>Must understand and comply with the company Allergen, Food Defense and HACCP policies and Food Safety and Quality Standard Requirments&nbsp;</li><li>Must communicate with Crew Lead/Supervisor of any Food Safety and Equipment concerns</li><li>Follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP&rsquo;s) for the area worked</li><li>Establishes and maintains effective working relationships and communication</li><li>Work with Supervision and Maintenance to maintain equipment in good working condition. Never abuse equiptment</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment</li><li>Correct weighing and recording of any waste to be disposed of</li><li>Follows all work instructions</li><li>Perform all other work assigned duties as required by Supervision</li><li>Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary for task at hand</li><li>Never use damaged pallets</li><li>Must comply with all safety policies and procedures at all times</li><li>Report any unsafe work practices or injuries to your Crew Lead and Supervisor</li><li>Required to maintain a safe and clean work environment, including machinery&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Sign in and out on your line staffing sheet and at main entrance&nbsp;</li><li>Be at your work station on time</li><li>Work safely, use floor mats</li><li>Follow all Food Safety and GMP policies.</li><li>Remove any visual small, large, dark, light and deformed pieces then place in inedible bin.</li><li>Report any dough pieces that may visually contain foreign material</li><li>Inform Crew Lead and Production Supervisor any time you must leave &nbsp;the line</li><li>Ensures compliance with production/packaging procedure/practices as well as inspecting all areas within the manufacturing line for any operational and/or mechanical issues as well as taking corrective action and/or notifying supervision and/or management</li><li>Maintain line speed/standards</li><li>Supports quality control programs to ensure production procedures are in compliance with best practices food safety and quality standards.&nbsp;Ensure quality and consistency of product during processing</li><li>Pick product and place on conveyor and place in cases,make boxes, close boxes,working in palletizing, stacking cases on pallets, working at the cutter returning dough, helping the Operator &nbsp;on the sheeter line ,scaling, dosing ingridents, helping dispose waste in the bakery feed, working in rework&nbsp;</li><li>Expected to work in other areas/departments as needed as well as other duited assigned by manger/supervisor ; for example be a spotter on the Production line&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Skills, Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment</li><li>One year related experience and/or training</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Required</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in the food industry</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><p><em>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
