    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>The Post Closing Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all post-closing activities related to escrow transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.&nbsp; This includes ensuring that all documents are properly executed and delivered and that all funds are accurately disbursed.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>This position is based at our office in Harrisburg, PA.</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><ul><li>Coordinate with the branch to obtain any missing information or documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Verify wire confirmations, certified checks, and confirm that all funds have been received, and files are balanced.</li><li>Disburse funds according to the closing statement and ensure that all parties receive the correct amounts.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate and complete post-closing files.&nbsp;</li><li>Process 1099’s.&nbsp;</li><li>Handle post-closing issues such as stop payments, outstanding checks, and refund issuance.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved in the transaction.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Collaboration and Service:&nbsp;</strong></div><div>Act as the main point of contact for Escrow Officers within an assigned market.
