Coordinates patient calls/walk-ins in emergent situations. Assists in other functions of the medical group practice as needed. Tasks performed are in compliance with department and policies and procedures, and within educational preparation.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Ideal candidate is recent pre-med college grad in gap year who has obtained a Medical Assistant certificate willing to commit to a FULL TIME position. Candidate will train with neurologist to conduct nerve conduction studies 12 hours/week under his guidance and perform MA clinical duties remainder of 40hr week. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Reports:</strong></p>\n<p>Practice Manager, Medical Director</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Supervises:</strong></p>\n<p>None</p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education:</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum: High School diploma or GED.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience: </strong></p>\n<p>Minimum: No experience required if medical assistant program has been completed and certification received. </p>\n<p>Preferred: Two or more years of patient care, giving injections, working labs, etc. in an outpatient setting.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Certification/License/Registry:</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum: Medical Assistant Certification.  </p>\n<p>Preferred: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>If you are interested in becoming a part of TMH’s legacy of quality & compassionate healthcare, we want to know you.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Please submit your application & resume TODAY!
