This role is responsible for driving business performance through strong leadership, talent development, and operational excellence&mdash;while ensuring a consistent, elevated customer experience across all locations. The West Director will focus on optimizing performance, strengthening leadership capability, and driving consistency across a more mature fleet, while partnering cross-functionally and with peer regional leaders to support continued growth. The role is bonus eligible. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this role.
