    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Pay Rate: Salaried to be discussed | Full - Time | Night and Weekends (Hours will Vary based on Business Demands)</p><p><strong>Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position.</strong><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Purpose or Objective(s):</strong> The Marketing Manager increases headcount and revenue through the development of marketing campaigns for an assigned facility and multiple locations. You will ensure the successful integration between the Players Club with special events and promotions. Depending on location the Marketing manager may oversee related guest service departments and Players Club.&nbsp;You will report to the Marketing Director, casino General Manager.</p><p><strong>Primary Tasks:</strong></p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You will manage marketing projects to ensure the successful execution of activities and improve the effectiveness of&nbsp;programs.</p><p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evaluate performance of marketing programs by analyzing data and reports to implement changes allowing for most&nbsp;successful execution of future programs to increase business opportunities.</p><p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Use all available marketing resources to coordinate and implement strategic alliances with reputable partners,&nbsp;creating&nbsp;greater brand awareness and financial benefit.</p><p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Responsible for becoming local and regional market expert regarding business marketing issues and make&nbsp;recommendations on short- and long-term strategies through identifying latest trends and issues.</p><p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You will participate in strategic marketing, communication, forecasting and financial meetings Make&nbsp;recommendations&nbsp;on property-related marketing issues.</p><p>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create annual budget and monitor expenses versus budget figures to ensure compliance.
