You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced and highly motivated team. The role will be processed based and will have a focus on supporting and performing all aspects necessary for the maintenance of the equipment used in the manufacturing of components and the repair and construction within the facility.</p><p><strong><u>Location:</u></strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Stuart, Florida Onsite role. Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Installs, services and maintains the operating condition of all the facilities equipment</li><li>Determines the reasons for equipment failure</li><li>Makes routine, periodic or special inspections to determine the necessity of the repair and maintenance of the plant machinery and equipment</li><li>Uses manufacturer drawings and specifications, installation, layouts, and sketches to facilitate internal repairs of less than major repairs&nbsp;</li><li>Acts as subject matter expert and shares knowledge willingly with other employees</li><li>Assists with training other employees and fosters a team environment</li><li>Follows all applicable safety rules and precautions and maintains a neat and orderly work area</li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>4+ years of experience in Maintenance Mechanic, or related field.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.</li><li>Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.</li><li>Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written.</li><li>Experience in precision manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Experience in Fanuc, Haas and Yasnac controls.</li><li>Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to operate maintenance shop equipment.</li><li>Adaptable to changing business needs and skilled in problem-solving.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong><u>Working Conditions:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to pass an eye exam on an annual basis.</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.</li><li>Must be able to communicate verbally and have the ability hear.</li><li>The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop or crouch.</li><li>The employee is occasionally required to sit.</li><li>The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to thirty (30) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds. &nbsp;</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Acknowledgements:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
