font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Role:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Source and order parts in a timely manner, tracking orders and providing regular updates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best prices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate records including order forms, purchase orders, delivery receipts, invoices, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Complete accounts payable/vendor entries and manage them.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reconcile entries in the accounting system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare accounting records by compiling and analyzing account information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reconcile company’s expenses to ensure accuracy in financial statements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform shipping and receiving duties.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all parts and products are stored according to manufacturer guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Issue parts and equipment keeping detailed records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform inventory management.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions and Competencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to identify and source required aircraft GSE and tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to be resourceful in finding various sources and options for aircraft tooling and GSE.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to build multiple supply chain resources for parts and tooling needs as a young business.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to be on-site full time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work with a team and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment with a demonstrated record of achievement. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellence in business communications including written and verbal. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A high level of professionalism and integrity, highly organized, works well under pressure and balances multiple priorities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for aviation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to travel on behalf of the company (acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license and car insurance, and ability to travel by air).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed, with prior notice.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma or equivalent required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3+ years of aviation experience required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Quickbooks experience required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">EBIS experience highly preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Expense tracking and management experience required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis tools required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work in an aircraft hangar which at times may be hot, cold, dusty, or loud.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
