          "text": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong>:</p><p>Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Perform basic plant maintenance, repair and installation tasks.</li><li>Repair and maintain machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment breakdown problems.</li><li>Inspect, test and operate machinery and equipment prior to releasing to manufacturing.</li><li>Work would include, but not be limited to replacing electrical components, motors, installing belts, tightening nuts and bolts, adjusting and aligning rolls and rollers, replacing defective parts.</li><li>Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.</li><li>Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.</li><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair work on AC and DC motors and controls.</li><li>Adheres to Fiberon's safety guidelines.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or craft training program.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Tools, materials, methods and practices used in mechanical maintenance related to production equipment.</li><li>Operation of power and manual tools.</li><li>Operation of light and heavy equipment.</li><li>Ability to work 12 hours shifts in a continuous manufacturing operation.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.</li><li>Ability to utilize electrical testing equipment ( Meters and meggers )</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $43,700 USD - $61,776 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
