The main responsibility of our Trailer Mechanic is to maintain a strict PM schedule, repair floors, walls, ceiling, and perform duties as assigned. &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:115%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;line-height:115%;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br>&nbsp;Essential Functions:</span></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.25px;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;font-size:12.0pt;'>Keep equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules, installing components and part upgrades.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;font-size:12.0pt;'>Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;font-size:12.0pt;'>Enhance maintenance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;
