This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine SEO, content, and performance marketing expertise to grow audience, revenue, and market share in highly competitive and regulated industries.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Build and execute a strong SEO and content strategy that fits the region’s search behavior and local regulations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Localize content and UX to meet user expectations and compliance requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work with a team of writers, editors, and designers – and expand the team as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track and optimize key metrics: traffic, rankings, conversions, revenue</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Keep an eye on regulatory changes within the marketplace (you don’t need to be a lawyer, but you’ll need to stay up to date)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">What we’re looking for</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Native-level German speaker with fluency in English</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At least 5 years of experience in SEO and content, ideally within affiliate marketing or lead generation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven track record in iGaming, sports betting, finance, or trading</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of user behavior and market trends in the DACH region</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in multi-channel acquisition including SEO, paid media, and social</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiar with local gambling and financial regulations, including compliance for trading content</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Skilled in performance marketing across platforms such as Google Ads, native advertising, and paid social</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
