We are committed to fostering a supportive environment that encourages personal and professional growth, well-being, and leadership development.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Eligibility Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Applicants must self-identify as Indigenous (First Nation, Metis or Inuit).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coaches must hold formal training and certification as a coach. This may include, but is not limited to:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Professional Coaching</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Leadership Coaching</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Executive Coaching</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Life Coaching</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated experience working with Indigenous communities and an understanding of holistic approaches to coaching are essential.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Scope of Services</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coaching sessions are to be holistic, addressing the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects of each individual.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Services must be available during the standard work week (Monday to Friday).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">All sessions are to be scheduled as one-hour appointments.<br></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Application Details</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Seabird Island is establishing a roster of coaches who may be called upon to provide services to staff and Council as needs arise.
