You could become a Personal Care Specialist that provides quality nursing assistance to patients, assists the family with the care of the patient and works with a team that relies on your input from the close relationship you develop with the patient.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\"><strong>Qualifications for the Personal Care Specialist:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">High school diploma or GED;&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Certified State Tested Nursing Assistant with the State of Ohio without any board actions preferred</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">One year of experience preferred;&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Certification in Hospice &amp; Palliative Medicine (CHPNA) preferred and will be made available to Ohio&#39;s Hospice employees who wish to obtain it.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Valid Driver&#39;s license with Safe Driving Record.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">State minimum automobile insurance coverage.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must be able to mass a background check</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\"><strong>Benefits &amp; Perks: your health and happiness matters!
