    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>The anticipated closing date for this job post is 3/31/2026.</strong></p><p>JOB SUMMARY: Ensures domestic and international customers are retained, and satisfied with the Stolle<br>Machinery Co Inside Sales Rep. Through IFS and using all other Stolle departments (internal resources)<br>grant assistance, problem solve and provide solutions to address the needs of the internal and external<br>customer. Must strive to exceed the customer&rsquo;s expectations, provide the best possible service and keep<br>commitments made to the customer. &nbsp;Respond as the single point of accountability (SPA) for a product<br>line(s) as assigned while supporting the efforts of the entire Inside Sales Rep department and the<br>company as a whole. &nbsp;</p><p>PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES include:<br>Research: Conduct effective and efficient assessment with the customer for clarity of issue and to<br>determine root concern. Problem solve and provide solutions to assist the customer in the following<br>areas (but not limited to); warranty, parts, orders, shipping, inventory, purchasing, accounting and<br>sales. Data entry, report generation; interpretation and analysis and effective communication of the<br>same to internal and external customers.</p><p>Communications: Provide status reports to customers/stakeholders as required.</p><p>Relationships: Build and develop relationships with your customer base to instill confidence for Stolle<br>Machinery Co.&nbsp;</p><p>Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.</p><p>Minimal requirements for education, knowledge and experience:<br>Education: High School Diploma or GED</p><p>Experience:5 yrs. in a Inside Sales Rep environment (not call center)<br>International clientele exposure helpful, though not required<br>2-3 yrs. experience with an ERP system</p><p>Other:<br>Strong interpersonal and communication skills<br>Multi-tasking and organization skills<br>Attention to detail, follow-up, and ability to set appropriate priorities<br>Strong orientation for math, measurements and numbers<br>Mechanically inclined, preferred</p><p><br>This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:<br>&bull; Work schedule generally consists of 40 hours per week, which may include on-call status, evenings, and/or weekends.<br>&bull; Ability to lift/ maneuver 20 lbs.</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
