Location: Arlington, VA Security Clearance Requirement: Top Secret with SCI eligibility Telework Eligible? No, work will be performed on-site What You’ll Do: As the Mission Utility Lead & Warfighter Liaison , you will provide mission-level, systems engineering, architectural development, warfare analysis, and intelligence support to the U.S. Navy. Work will be performed in government facility in Arlington, VA. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute operational procedures for prototype systems, ensuring alignment with program objectives. Create and maintain Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documents and detailed operational concepts for end users. Establish and track system metrics to support government evaluation and system acceptance. Collaborate closely with government stakeholders and contractor teams to support user engagement, including briefings, demonstrations, and working group participation with Navy and mission partners. This description outlines the general nature and scope of the role. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
