    "description_html": "<p>We are seeking a ServiceDesk Technician to join our IT support team. This role supports over 55 locations across 5 states and plays a critical part in keeping our business running smoothly. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, call-heavy environment, spending the majority of the day at their desk handling user support requests via phone, email, and our ticketing system. Pay is $20 per hour and schedule Mon-Fri 9am-6pm,</p><p><br></p><p>Duties for this position include:</p><ul><li>Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries, issues, and service requests.</li><li>Respond to users by phone, email, or in-person as needed.</li><li>Walk users through troubleshooting steps in a clear and patient manner.</li><li>Perform basic hardware and software installation, modification, and repair.</li><li>Maintain daily performance of computers, printers, and other end-user systems.</li><li>Run diagnostics, track recurring issues, and escalate as needed.</li><li>Administer Active Directory tasks (e.g., password resets, new user profiles).</li><li>Document procedures and solutions to build team knowledge.</li><li>Stay up to date with system information, updates, and changes.</li></ul><p>The Ideal Candidate:</p><ul><li>Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.</li><li>Experience with Active Directory administration.</li><li>Familiarity with Office 365 and common business applications.</li><li>Knowledge of imaging and deploying computers.</li><li>Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a ticket-driven environment.</li></ul><p>We offer eligible employees medical, dental, vision and life insurance, Paid Time Off, a 401(k) plan with company contributions, an entire family purchase plan and much more!
